Processing Time All orders are processed within 7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods We currently offer standard shipping through our chosen carrier (Israel Post). Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are between 7-10 business days, excluding the day the order is received. If your package has not been delivered within the expected time frame, please contact our customer service team at starkactive.official@gmail.com for assistance. We will work with our chosen carrier (Israel Post) to investigate the delay and determine the cause of the issue. If the delay is due to a mistake on our end, we will take responsibility for the delay and work with the carrier to ensure the package is delivered as soon as possible. If the delay is due to an issue with the carrier, we will work with them to resolve the issue and keep you informed throughout the process.

Please note that some delays may be out of our control, such as delays due to weather, customs clearance, or other unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of a delay, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Rates Standard delivery by registered mail through our chosen carrier (Israel Post) costs 20 NIS. Orders over 300 NIS qualify for free shipping. All orders arrive within 7-10 business days, excluding the day the order is received. You will be able to see the shipping cost at checkout before you place your order.

International Shipping We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost after delivery has been confirmed by our carrier. If you believe your package has been stolen or lost, please contact our customer service team at starkactive.official@gmail.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that some carriers may require a waiting period before a package is considered lost, and we may need to wait for the carrier's investigation to be completed before we can provide a replacement or issue a refund. In some cases, we may require a police report or other documentation to be submitted before we can take action. We appreciate your patience and understanding in the event of a stolen or lost package, and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Delivery Issues If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to obtain the correct information and reship your order. Additional shipping charges may apply.
