Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and an order number.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping confirmation, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We accept returns through our chosen carrier (Israel Post) using registered mail with a tracking number. The shipping cost for the return will depend on the carrier's rates and policies. Please note that the customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost for the return package

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued for products purchased with a gift card.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, a notification will be sent automatically, and you will be refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.
If a transaction is canceled and shipping fees have already been paid, please note that these fees will not be refunded to the customer.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, if you wish to cancel a transaction, a cancellation fee may apply. The cancellation fee will be 5% of the transaction price or NIS 100, whichever is lower. This fee helps cover processing and administrative costs associated with cancellations.
Please note that a refund will be issued to the credit card used to place the order. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 14 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at starkactive.official@gmail.com.
To ensure the correct size and color are selected, we strongly recommend referring to the size chart and color description provided with each item prior to making a purchase.
